What a delight this book is! I felt as though I was having a conversation in my living room. A very smart conversation with great information and offering a new, fresh perspective. Trammell shares her very personal stories about her life and journey. Even those unfamiliar with New Thought ideas and philosophy will find this book very interesting and informative. I always reach out when I’m going through a transformation (which I am at this time), and it helps to know that others have gone through difficult times and not only survived but thrived. What a gift to find this small, powerful book right now. It feels like a friendly hand to hold and guide me. Susan not only has done her research and offers fascinating references and quotes, but she’s “been there, done that” as well. I will definitely be checking out her other books!
